Prepare
- Once you’ve booked your session and selected your date and time, our team will be notified immediately. You’ll receive a booking confirmation by email, with optional SMS reminders to keep you updated.
We’ll also have access to your mood board ahead of your session, allowing us to review your vision and prepare for your shoot in advance.

The day of your shoot
-Upon arrival, a member of our team or your photographer will meet you at the front gate and escort you to the studio.
If you’ve booked any additional services, such as professional makeup, your makeup artist will be set up and ready for your session.

Time to shoot
-It’s time to shoot! Your photographer will guide you throughout your session, helping you feel confident and get the most out of every shot. With live tethering, you’ll be able to view your images on a monitor as you shoot, so you can see how your photos are looking in real time. No surprises, just great shots!

After your session
-Thank you for trusting us with your vision! On the same day as your photoshoot, you’ll receive a private WeTransfer link via email containing all your unedited JPEG images.
You can then browse your gallery at your own pace and choose your favourite images for professional retouching, giving you the final say on the shots you love most.

To conclude
-Once you’ve submitted your image selections, our team will professionally retouch your chosen images and deliver them within the stated turnaround time.
